PE Generators Rocks
19 June 2011
PE Generators provided generators & associated equipment for
the Rockness Music Festival held in Scotland at Clune Farm.

The annual music festival, which takes place on the picturesque
banks of Loch Ness near Inverness, once again proved its popularity
as the 'early bird' tickets were sold out on the
same morning that they went on sale. The festival is known as "the
most beautiful festival in the world" and "the only festival with
its own monster" due to its beautiful location. PE Generators felt
honoured to part of the festival, maintaining high standards so
that the scenery was left undisturbed and enabling the concert to
run smoothly due to the uninterrupted supply of power.
Various sets of generators were supplied for the event and also
there were 55 sets of tower lights supplied for access roads and
the campsite. The total power supplied came to 4MW. At first,
the weather proved to be a bit of an obstacle as the rain prevented
vans from accessing areas around the site. It was also dangerous
driving conditions due to the slippery ground, however these
problems were soon overcome and the entire project ran
accordingly.
Client Commendation:
"Firstly we would like to thank you all for the logistical side
of the job, both delivery and collections worked very well. The
delivery drivers and Gordon the engineer worked very hard to make
the job easier.''
